Hi, I’m Nico, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate in Washington State. If you’re seeking support for addiction, compulsive behaviors, general mental health concerns, or navigating a life transition, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out on your own. I work with individuals who are ready to better understand themselves, make meaningful changes, and move toward a more grounded and fulfilling life. My passion for working with addiction and compulsive behaviors comes from both lived and clinical experience. I believe addiction treatment and mental health treatment are one in the same, and that many people benefit from support even if they do not identify with traditional models of addiction care. At Mythos Counseling, I provide a nonjudgmental space for clients seeking ongoing recovery support, help managing compulsive habits, or therapy for broader emotional and mental health concerns. Reducing shame, stigma, and guilt is a central focus of my work.
